Hi! I’m Kelsey.
I’m your wild card. I can flex to meet the needs of any given situation. Prior to my career change as a user experience designer and researcher, I jump started my flexibility and empathic mindset with a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre. My training reframed the way I approach problems, honed my collaboration skills, and eventually, motivated me to leave the Motor City to pursue a Masters in Human Computer Interaction at DePaul University, Chicago.
After five years designing for various sectors such as finance, healthcare and government, I’ve gravitated towards accessibility and universal design when approaching my work. Similar to my time in Theatre, I love examining complexity and advocating for people’s given circumstances in my designs.
